Our Commitment to Giving
Our church is beginning an adventure that will determine our future. A successful restoration stewardship campaign will enable our church to expand its ministry and better fulfill its mission. When the complete list of facility repairs and beautification projects is finalized, it will appear here on our web site. Every member will have the opportunity to join and enjoy this mutual adventure. The journey will last only a few months, but it possesses the potential to change our lives and our church forever. Chamblee First United Methodist Church takes its commitment to giving seriously. When people join the church, and become a part of our family, they make a promise to give to the church their time, talent, gifts, service, and witness. This is a part of our calling as children of God, that we must give to God because of everything that God has given us. The church, in turn, gives to the community. We support the United Methodist Church in a variety of ways, most notably through our giving to special offerings that go to fantastic organizations all over the world. We give people the opportunity to deepen their faith in both worship and in small groups. Our church grounds are open to everyone.
